Nothing is for free but this feels like a bargain to me. Sometimes a peek at a different perspective can help. I appreciate that your variables might be different but the mechanism will be the same - what are your numbers so far? Do you like the game and if so try some future hours estimates and see what it says. The game it self feels complete - if you don´t know the DLCs.

If two maps are enougth depends on how much you play. I have used lures in a high pressure area on some species and they still come. Now im wondering: How complete is Call of the Wild, without any of the 20 paid DLC I too came for the hunter: classic for the same reason and I´m quite happy here. But that does not mean you cant hunt the area.
